#1) Not the same thing. My ability or inability to write a program to scan
for viruses doesn't place any sort of legal burden on me to do so. Having
something builtin to the software is a completely different story.
2) I can't even think of a way for an Applescript to scan attachments for a
windows virus anyway. (and no, I don't care to know)
