Registration information for this IP block (216.13.*.*) is:

MetroNet Communications Group Inc. (NETBLK-METRONET-CIDR-1)
100 King St. West, Suite 2900
   Toronto Ontario, ON M5X 1B5
   CA

   Netname: METRONET-CIDR-1
   Netblock: 216.13.0.0 - 216.13.255.255
   Maintainer: MTCO

   Coordinator:
Noc, Metronet Toronto (MTN-ARIN) [EMAIL PROTECTED]
      (416)935-5355

Domain System inverse mapping provided by:

   NS1.METRONET.CA 209.82.127.10
   NS2.METRONET.CA 216.13.0.10

and registration for the specific subblock (class C) is:

StarNet, Inc. (NETBLK-STARNETINC-9)
   579 First Bank Drive #100
   Palatine, IL. 60067
   US

   Netname: STARNETINC-9
   Netblock: 216.13.198.0 - 216.13.199.255

   Coordinator:
      Mahler, John (JM3244-ARIN) [EMAIL PROTECTED]
      847.963.0116

If you have any other blacklistings in this range, I'd suggest that you
simply blacklist the entire class C range after complaining to these
addresses:

   [EMAIL PROTECTED]
   [EMAIL PROTECTED]
   [EMAIL PROTECTED]
   [EMAIL PROTECTED]
   [EMAIL PROTECTED]
   [EMAIL PROTECTED]

You might mention in your e-mail that if you get any more spams, you will
then blacklist the entire class B range, not just the class C. This will
tend to get the upline (Metronet) somewhat concerned, usually to the point
that they make threatening noises at their downline (StarnetUSA) to clean
up their act.

If they don't, hopefully you don't know anyone in Canada you need to talk
with.
