Thanks for the class C range. What resource was used to locate this info
for my future reference?
My question is why didn't SIMS do a reverse verify to determine that
216.13.198.47 really resolves to 05-047.036.popsite.net instead of email.com
Also, what is the seqeunce the SIMS uses when it receives an email to determine
wether it is legit or not.

If you have any other blacklistings in this range, I'd suggest that you
simply blacklist the entire class C range after complaining to these
addresses:

You might mention in your e-mail that if you get any more spams, you will
then blacklist the entire class B range, not just the class C. This will
tend to get the upline (Metronet) somewhat concerned, usually to the point
that they make threatening noises at their downline (StarnetUSA) to clean
up their act.
If they don't, hopefully you don't know anyone in Canada you need to talk
with.
