See http://www.declude.com/junkmail/support/ip4r.htm . Osirusoft is not claiming in any way that those mailservers are open relays. It is not a good idea to use spam tests that you don't understand (for example, if you used the old whitelist test at ORBS, most of your legitimate mail would get caught). Specifically, the test that you are running that mail from those servers is getting caught by is a list of mail servers that run mailing lists that do not use confirmed opt-in.
