That's correct, spamhaus.relays.osirusoft.com doesn't have an IP
address, but it doesn't need one because SIMS doesn't look up
"spamhaus.relays.osirusoft.com", when SIMS checks an IP it actually
looks up an address formed like this:

6.0.0.127.spamhaus.relays.osirusoft.com

and that does resolve:

;; Query: 6.0.0.127.spamhaus.relays.osirusoft.com

;; ANSWERS:
6.0.0.127.spamhaus.relays.osirusoft.com.        43193   IN      TXT
        "http://www.spamhaus.org/SBL/sbl.lasso?query=SBX0";
6.0.0.127.spamhaus.relays.osirusoft.com.        43193   IN      A
        127.0.0.6

Same if you look up the reverse IP of a major spam outfit
mailgate1.monsterhut.com (64.80.217.9)

9.217.80.64.spamhaus.relays.osirusoft.com

;; Query: 9.217.80.64.spamhaus.relays.osirusoft.com

;; ANSWERS:
9.217.80.64.spamhaus.relays.osirusoft.com.      43200   IN      TXT
        "http://www.spamhaus.org/SBL/sbl.lasso?query=ROK1491";
9.217.80.64.spamhaus.relays.osirusoft.com.      43200   IN      A
        127.0.0.6
