It's working, but because relays.osirusoft.com also carries other
lists, including the SPEWS list (which contains the same spam sources
as the Spamhaus list but much wider blocking of them - very much more
aggressive than Spamhaus) there is duplication in
relays.osirusoft.com and SIMS stops at the first response it gets.
The way relays.osirusoft.com is set up means that the SPEWS list is
checked before the Spamhaus list, therefore when checking any
Spamhaus spammer IP using relays.osirusoft.com SIMS will stop at the
first hit and that is likely to be a 127.0.0.4 (SPEWS) response
rather than a 127.0.0.6 (Spamhaus SBL) response.

The Spamhaus ("SBL") list is as aggressive as it can be without
causing unnecessary collateral damage. In that respect
spamhaus.relays.osirusoft.com is 'safer' for ISPs to use.

Hopefully soon there will be a few independent mirrors of the
Spamhaus list and that will enable people to better gage its
effectiveness.
