3 spams per week bring down your server? Ahh, I get it, you're running SIMS as an open relay and spammers are of course spamming through it, using your SIMS server to spam thousands of people (who will be complaining to your ISP no doubt, and you're ISP will be on the phone to you any minute now telling you to close the server or your account will be terminated). You have to close it.
