Get someone running SIMS and similar blacklists to act as your 
secondary in exchange for your being backup for their mailserver. 
This has worked out pretty well for me and Mark.  Well, ok, it's at 
least worked out well for me.  Mark will have to answer for himself.

I did this after noting that the vast majority of my incoming spam 
was being passed via my ISPs mailserver.
