no, I mean it stopped no spam and 2 legit mails.  period.  About a dozen
spam got through.  SIMS has several tools for stopping spam, and I use
almost all of them.  I just won't use a RBL.  The results are only as good
as the inputs and the inputs are done by people I just don't trust.

One of two commonly available at the time.  The run in we had was with
MAPS, actually.  Their guilty until proven innocent model actually
disenchanted me.  ORBS had similar issues, but never blacklisted me
personally.  From what I hear, MAPS was much better than ORBS, which makes
me even more certain that none of it is well done.
