I'm the proud new father of yet another network nightmare ;)

...and this time the equation has students in it ;))))) huzzzar!

I have a 6 MS Exchange mail environment, which is about as stable as
a chocolate fire guard! How do I sell/convince the establishment that
using SIMs (or should I go Communigate pro) for email is the answer?

Biggest issue is license...especially when 3000 students want to pick
up mail via the web and we have to sell them 2 licenses per mailbox
to do so......this might be a good lever

I'll need staff mail, student mail and web access to both types of mailbox

ANY ideas welcome

TIA
