Title: Account lockout
I looked back in the archives and I didn’t find a resolution. One of our users is repeatedly locking out his POP account. The message in Entourage is that the account is busy. He uses Outlook 2000 and he doesn’t get the proper message— it just says that the POP server cannot be found.

The only fix I’ve found is the shutdown the server and start it again. Is anybody else having this problem? All the other accounts are fine. I think it only happens if he loses his connection part way through him downloading his mail or if someone is sending too much mail to him. Not sure which one.
