Actually, I just checked: Yes, it resolves to an IP, which is 204.244.59.132 I found that this is also your main NS. You also have a backup NS. The backup NS seems to be much more responsive than your main NS. Perhaps you should switch their priorities (not sure if this helps, I am not too well into this, either). I found that a NS type lookup (using IPNetMonitor) often does not give the IP addrs of BOTH of your NS, but only of one, or even of none of them. Not sure what this means, but perhaps there's something wrong with announcing the two NS to other NSs.
