First off, this is through e-mail only. They have somehow continued 
to respond to me in this regard since Chap 11. And I have gotten a 
couple of 'network maintenance' alerts in e-mail too. But... did I 
ever mention "human"? I don't think so :-)

Try [EMAIL PROTECTED] I used to have a direct dial for him but I 
can't find it now :-/ Of course, he may have been laid off by now, 
and I'm not sure what power he has, but he was one real person that 
helped me in the past. God help you if you ever get one Alicia Politi 
on the phone or in e-mail. She doesn't know what a zone transfer is, 
and it goes downhill from there. PS don't tell Dan where you got the 
e-mail address from (you could say Alicia P in support gave it to 
you) ;-)

I guess this was off-topic to begin with for SIMS, but I knew I'd get 
answers from this list, and it did start out as a spam issue. Thanks 
to all that have answered... now back to the regularly scheduled SIMS 
issues!
