With XpostFacto you can run OS X (through 10.1.5) on many older 
"unsupported" Macs. OS X has FTP services built in. It also has Apache 
(web server) and bind (DNS server) built in. You can get Summary for 
it. Only problem is that you have to run SIMS in "Classic" mode. Or go 
through the infinite pain of Sendmail. (Personally, I am saving my 
nickles for a license for Communigator.)
