How I'd troubleshoot a LAN inside/outside issue with MacJordomo and SIMS.

1: In MacJ, manually check the lists (CMD-K) to clear out anything in the
mailbox.
2: Turn off MacJ.
3: Set SMTP logging to 5 in SIMS
4: Send a subscribe from inside the LAN
5: Send a subscribe from outside the LAN
6: Reset SIMS logging to your normal settings.
7: Check the MacJ account from a client that doesn't delete messages
(mail2web.com, for instance). Save and compare the two messages
8: View the SIMS log for discrepancies
9: Set POP Logging to 5 in SIMS
10: Execute MacJ and force check (CMD-K)
11: Exit MacJ
12: Reset SIMS logging to your normal settings.
13: View MacJ error log
14: View SIMS log
15: Check MacJ account from a client that doesn't delete messages and see
if the subscribe messages are there.
