That suggests to me that this is a MacJordomo problem and not a SIMS problem because: a) SIMS is receiving and delivering the mail to MacJordomo b) SIMS is returning the MacJordomo error message to the correct address I used MacJordomo way back in the twentieth century but have not looked at it in years. It sounds to me like there must be a rule in MacJordomo that is somehow trapping the outside mail. Don't ask me what it is or where to find it! Since you must have a SIMS mailbox set up for MacJordomo, I would suggest this test to start: 1) Turn off Macjordomo - make sure its mailbox is empty first 2) Have an inside and an outside user subscribe (doesn't matter if they already are) 3) As soon as you see the mail from both arrive in the SIMS log, copy the Macjordomo mailbox to some convenient location 4) Turn MacJordomo back on if you like 5) Open the copied mailbox with a tool like BBEdit 6) Examine the 2 messages to see what the differences are 7) Decide which of those differences makes the mail unacceptable to Macjordomo 8) Rectify the problem 9) Report success back here Naturally, 7, 8, and 9 may be harder than expected. ;-> -- Neil Neil Herber, RGD Corporate info at http://www.eton.ca/ Eton Systems, 15 Pinepoint Drive, Nepean, ON, Canada K2H 6B1 Tel: (613) 829-4668 ############################################################# This message is sent to you because you are subscribed to the mailing list <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>.
