Yes, we send and receive mail from outside without a problem, except for
occasional connection timeouts.

Embarrasing as this sounds, our organization was on two dial-up accounts up
to a year and a half ago, and we got the chance to participate in a
non-profit community network project that allowed us to get a circuit
installed in our location that has been paid for the last couple of years.

Albeit slow (64K), it still allows us to all access the outside without
worrying about the hassle of dial-up and hey, gives me a great opportunity
to run SIMS. 

I think this app rocks.

If there's any other config information or anything, please don't hesitate
