Hi, It looks like maybe you are connecting via a non-static dsl connection. Maybe the new version of mail looks at that somehow as well and figures you are a dialup spammer. That and that sims is on a NAT ip(just guessing on this, my 10.2 upgrade hasn't arrived yet).
