The Mail.app filter stats out pretty dumb and learns over time. 
However, it may be that one preset (which can be overridden by the 
filter learning) is to mark anything with 'doubleclick' in the From 
line as spam. That's generally a very good filter, given the slimy 
behavior of DoubleClick Inc.
