Do you get a bounce message when you can't relay?  If so, what does it say?
Are the addresses you can't relay to in any way related to addresses that
are local to your home SIMS, or would the match any router entries? (i.e.,
is there any reason other than relay restrictions for which SIMS might
reject messages to those addresses?)
