There are 68k versions of both 1.8b8 and 1.8b9d14 on Stalker's FTP server (ftp.stalker.com), and the requirements listed at <http://www.stalker.com/sims/> are: o Macintosh II or better o MacOS 7.x or MacOS 8.x o OpenTransport 1.1.1 or better So it should run on a Q610 w/ System 7.6. > Slightly OT, I'm doing this to save money on my electric bill, does > anyone know how to figure out how much power your computer is > actually drawing? Seems like > the quadra would be more stable as well. Someone else can no doubt tell you how to measure the actual current that it draws, but I'd start by comparing the plates on the boxes. That should at least give you some idea of what the relative requirements are.
