LC II. I have a SIMS box that runs on an LCII, with 6MB of RAM. Just as long as you have open transport, and a 68030 CPU or better, you're in luck. The best part is that it only has a few accounts on it, and it "feels" just as fast as my 733 G4 SIMS box.

Now to really get off topic here....

If you're into saving electricity, you absolutely have to get a Kill A Watt. Go to http://froogle.google.com, and search for "kill a watt". You plug it in, and then plug a device into it. It will tell you how much that device is consuming, instantaneously, and over a period of time, and thusly, how much it will cost to operate.

If you're into instant gratification, you can also buy them at Radio Shack.

They will tell you ANYTHING you want to know about the load of an item you plug into it. It's a watt meter, volt meter, amp meter, power factor meter, reactive power meter, and kilowatt hour meter, all in one. It's also very sensitive.

With it I've learned:

That running a 400 Mhz iMac, printer, scanner, etc 24/7 costs about $6.50 per month.

That it takes .105 KW/hr (.105 * 10.5 cents per KW/hr = 1.1 cents) to pop a bowl of air pop popcorn....

That my server rack with the least number of servers pulls 1300 watts of power, continuously....

That my 1500 watt portable space heater only consumes 920 watts....

That my entertainment center (27 inch tv) takes 53 watts of juice with everything turned off, and about 190 watts with everything on, and surround sound cranked.

That the local grid voltage ranges from about 119 volts to 126 volts...

So basically, I've spent too much time plugging things into it, but it's been a lot of fun :-)
