I only run SIMS now on an internal machine and my main mail server is CGatePro. My servers are running Linux.

I was thinking of creating a front end in Filemaker. Put all of your
blocking records in the database and have it use applescript to create the
zone or update the zone.
Or have a folder action applescript that would take email messages with the
full header and find the first ip address and add that to the RBL zone.
