Gyaz Mail, looks great! If only it supported IMAP :(

I tried powermail a few times, but unless they have changed their IMAP implementation... no way. Last time I checked it only allowed you to access 1 IMAP account at a time.

Trying GNUmail again, and actually reading the docs to figure out how to do IMAP :)

Many folks have also recommended Mulberry - http://www.cyrusoft.com (I think that is the URL) as the best IMAP program out there and it is cross platform.

I am using PowerMail from CTM Development, <http://www.ctmdev.com>,
because it's the the only email client I found that could replace Claris
Emailer. It is like 95% there, and if you were not using CE before you
wouldn't miss what isn't there.

Lots of nice features, good OS 9 support and very nice in OS X. Supports
POP and IMAP, multiple identities, decent in and out filtering, decent
applescripting and the best UI of the current crop of email programs.

MailSmith has great filtering and searching, but for me the heavy price
paid in terms of speed (searches took forever on my DB) was too much.

There is also a decent program out there called Gyaz Mail which has a
great CE-like UI, is OS X only. Downside is it's still in development
(but very promising even at this stage).

Finally, I also took a look ath an email program called "GNUMail" which
is an open source effort to improve on the Next mail app under Mac OS X.
It's pretty good, but wasn't my cup of tea.
