Migrating from CGPro

Anyone have any idea what it takes to migrate from Communigate Pro to 
SIMS?  I recently paid five thousand dollars to Stalker for 
Communigate Pro because I was under the false belief that it had the 
same amount of spam blocking features that SIMS had...  It does not. 
:-(

Is there an easy way to move a fairly large number of accounts 
(several thousand) from CGpro to SIMS, or am I out of luck?
