It has been well documented now that Osirusoft's relay list (i.e. 127.0.0.2) is over a month out of date and there is some indication that it may be far older or perhaps even totally random at this pointThe problems at Osirusoft have gotten so bad that they appear to now be serving up data which is at least many weeks, perhaps months, out of date. There has been a lot of discussion about this in <news:news.admin.net-abuse.blocklisting>
and <news:news.admin.net-abuse.email> (beware, the latter is VERY noisy) and the consensus seems to be that relays.osirusoft.com has become too stale to trust.
Well, per somebody's suggestion, I changed my block from 127.0.0.2-127.0.0.255 to 127.0.0.2-127.0.0.3 and 127.0.0.7-127.0.0.255, leaving out 127.0.0.4-127.0.0.6. Will this ignore the worst problems with osirusoft?
On the other hand, everything I've seen the CBL list catch in the few days I've had it up has been on 127.0.0.2.
