Does SIMS launch okay? From the console of the server,
YES
Is the built-in firewall active
NO
Can you get to any other ports, like the webmin port?
YES
From the console of the server, can you telnet to 127.0.0.1:25 and get 
a SIMS prompt?
The server is currently running in classic. I will set it back up again 
in the am and try that and let you know.
