I go overkill on this one; I think most of the tests are done in the .2-.20 range, but others here can correct me. To some extent it'll depend upon which RBLs you're using.
Speaking of which, many of us on this list have found
sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org
to be excellent at blocking spam. Your milage may vary.
