can't immediately comment on if there will be a -02 version, made into an
Informational RFC or what, but it is currently being used in production SIP
equipment by at least 6-8 commerical vendors that I'm aware of.
...politically it's taken some beatings in the IETF, but then vendors still
seem to be using it when they have to map ISDN Redirect.
