   I am not talking of ACK after INVITE, ya ACK is mandatory after u receive
INVITE, but after that say either of the UAs wish to
terminate the call, they can send a BYE.

No.  This is incorrect.  I hate to turn into the BYE police, but folks,
please read the bis.  An ACK is mandatory to complete the INVITE.
