The support of G.729 annex B can be indicated using the SDP
"annexb" format specific parameter. This parameter is defined
in "draft-ietf-avt-rtp-mime-06".  For example:

m=audio 4567 RTP/AVP 18
a=rtpmap:18 G729/8000
a=fmtp:18 annexb=yes

indicates that the sender can receive annexb frames whereas
"annexb=no" would indicate the reverse. I believe that "yes"
is the default.
