Hi,
Is there any way by which a SIP Proxy Server can force UAC/UAS to
take down an established call?
As no where in bis-09 stated that Proxy can compose BYE in any circumstance,
only it can compose CANCEL on Timer C expiry which result in teardown of a
premature call.
