Can anyone point me to a description of the appropriate mechanism of forcing inbound calls to visit a specific Proxy (other than the normal Registrar to which an endpoint is registered)? i.e. A1 registers with P1 (specifying P2) such that inbound calls go -> P1 -> P2 -> A1.
I guess the target endpoints could register using a contact address which points to the additional proxy rather than itself, but this may have implications for the configuration of the UA and the Registrar. I originally considered the use of the Maddr parameter on the endpoint's contact address but see that this use is now discouraged. Is there some other way to specify a route from the registrar to the registered endpoint? Any thoughts appreciated, Regards Donald Finnie _______________________________________________ Sip-implementors mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://lists.cs.columbia.edu/mailman/listinfo/sip-implementors
