Moving to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> No. A UAS does not generate requests, UAC does that.
Also a re-INVITE is same as INVITE so the UAS receiving INVITE can not send a CANCEL to cancel the pending travsaction. It should send an appropriate response indicating "session characteristics are not supported" or whatever.
