Perhaps I'm misunderstanding you, but from my point of view you are asking the list about how to send network packets with the same source-port as the listening port of your UA. If this is the case it has nothing to do with SIP or even RTP, it is the network-support in your OS that you should look into. (i.e. it is of your own choice which the source-port of network packets should be)
