well, if SIP are "extensible" as it said, then you can define your own 
response codes. If you use JAIN-SIP, then try to edit SipResponse.java on 
jain-sip\src\gov\nist\javax\sip\message

but, please notice that your custom response codes won't work with other 
"standard" SIP application.
