hi,

My doubt is after sending BYE and getting 200 OK, if there are some client 
transactions that are not yet completed, can it delete the transactions (since the 
dialog is terminated) or should it wait for the client transactions to complete 
completely (even though the dialog is terminated) before deleting it.
