Better.. Why? Could you motivate that?

UPDATE only affects SDP offer/answer state while reINVITE affects both
SIP signaling and SDP offer/answer states. I would prefer sending UPDATE
for keep alive as it affects fewer states in the UA. Of course you have
to check that the other UA supports it.
