Thanks for your response. I did try to include the Contact Header
information, but the Pintel xpressa phone still sends an Ack to 
proxy, without sending it to the address indicated in the 
Contact Header of 200 OK. This is causing the ACK to be lost.

I would appreciate any information about Pingtel phone's support
for the contact header.
