Yes. But then it must be sent again (the same) in some reliable response
in order to complete the answer.

Once the answer is sent reliably it should not be sent again. If it is
sent in a reliable 18x, then if it is sent again in the 2xx that should
be ignored. But its a bad idea to do that because it could be confusing,
especially if between the reliable 180 and the 200 there is another
offer/answer exchanged using UPDATE.
