A new offer in 200 Ok is not allowed when offer/answer exchange gets completed with INVITE and reliable provisional. Infact it is recommended not to include SDP in 200 Ok in this scenario. Note that an offer/answer exchange initiated by an INVITE request must follow **exactly one** of the patterns below. 1. INVITE (offer) / 2xx for INVITE (answer) 2. 2xx for INVITE (offer) / ACK (answer) 3.
