The ACK MUST be sent to the same address, port, and transport to which
the original request was sent.

A stateless UAS MUST ignore ACK requests.

Hi,
For the stateless proxy the transaction layer will not be present,means
it will not send the ACK request for failure response immediately? If
PROXY1 and PROXY2 are stateless proxy then what will be the behaviour?
