From a quick reading, it only handles proxys and UAs, but not B2BUA's or gateways. I gather that the way to do this would be for Asterisk, receiving an ISDN call to 123456 and forwarding to a SIP account that has a valid registration, to add a History-info header with ;target in the initial outbound request in the SIP channel. This would apply to most equipment in VoIP service provider's networks. It would be good if this scenario could be added to section 5 of the draft.
