Any idea why the Sonus implementation would ignore the presence of RPID 
and insist on using the From if 'Privacy: none'?  It seems to me that, 
as you say, 'Privacy: none' doesn't change anything and so it should not 
behave any differently than if 'Privacy' were altogether absent.

If 'Privacy' is absent, the Sonus does use the user part of the RPID. 
But if it's set to 'none', it is ignored.
