Hyper-exotic scenario that will never work in the real world. "Theorically" such behavior is possible if both UAS's reply 200 at the same time (so the forking proxy has no time enough to cancel the second branch when the first one has replied 200). Then the UAC would receive both 200 and send ACK for both, so it has two active dialogs at the same time. But no, this will never work. In fact, some proxies don't relay a second 200 (which should be relayed stateless since the INVITE transaction finished upon receipt of the first 200).
