Well , to be frank , load balancing is a little difficult because you 
already have route headers from the other hops, so requests are 
loose-routed after those(in practice). Instead, a stateless proxy with 
RR can also be used for logging of certain requests (logs can be 
aggregated by other components), along side with the other I have 
specified in my previous email.
