 It's very different from requirements
in MediaCtrl.

Please don't mix them together just because INFO is
used.  8-)

[Chris Boulton] I can assure that I am not mixing up the base
requirements of the Control Framework - which is actually MediaCtrl
agnostic.  The concept has been designed specifically with this in mind.
I am still waiting for concrete reasons why it is not a good match.
