It says "you MUST support sets with a least 2". If an implementor is dumb enough to not understand that "supporting a set" implies registering and not just looking at it, maybe he shouldn't be writing software. What else could it mean?
I don't think we can remove the battery life text. It's better to have a single proxy (which may fail) than a dead phone when your battery is running low. Again, if you think the text is not strong enough try to propose something concrete (i.e., TEXT). > -----Original Message----- > From: Juha Heinanen [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent: Thursday, May 08, 2008 11:03 > To: Audet, Francois (SC100:3055) > Cc: Jiri Kuthan; [email protected]; Christer Holmberg; > [EMAIL PROTECTED]; Rohan Mahy; [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: draft-ietf-sip-outbound > > Francois Audet writes: > > > 4.2.1 says "However, a UA MUST support sets with at least > two > outbound proxy URIs and SHOULD support sets with up to > four > URIs.".
