Christer, I think Juha's proposed text is clear - I will comment on it separately. You and Juha seem to make a habit of talking past each other, both on this thread and on the sip-keep thread. Perhaps the two of you should have a phone call to sort things out, rather than continuing to perpetuate these long threads.
