I think you once did say that forking shall be required, because otherwise the 
UA can't be sure that the proxy actually will fork. But, maybe I missunderstood.

So, eventhough my personal opinion is that parallel forking shouldn't occur for 
Outbound, I don't think it is prohibited. The outbound spec doesn't say much 
about how specific flows are chosen.
